My order is wrong. What should I do?

We strive to make your shopping experience at Theneiboutique  a smooth and easy process . If your order is incomplete, please email us at Theneiboutique@yahoo.com  the order number and the related details immediately! We will help  right away and resolve the situation.

Processing Time?

All items will be shipped out as quickly as they can. Allow 4-5business days for processing time and 7-10 buindss day

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation. You can track your order online, or call us at (843)508-1885 Please note it can take 24 to 48 hours after your order ships for tracking information to become available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

YES we do! Depends on size of 

Stolen Packages &Return policy?

When items leaves us we are no longer responsible for the package.Please make sure your that the address you provide us with is the correct address we are not responsible for wrong addresses. If item is returned to us we handle the shipping fee for you.

If your package has been lost or stolen Theneiboutique does not give refunds or store credit for lost or stolen items because if the carrier states the package has been delivered we are no longer responsible There are no refunds on merchandise unless the mistake is on us.

Please make sure you order the correct size because Theneiboutique is not responsible because  all clothing run true to size also remember if the item is damaged when you receive it please contact us so we can fix the problem.
